  • The eGift Card will be issued via email. No physical card will be issued.
  • This eGift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Expired eGift Card will not be accepted and entertained.
  • The eGift Card is for one-time usage only. The Unused balance is not refundable.
  • One transaction can apply one unique code only.
  • Only available in RM50, RM100, RM150 and RM200 for the value of unique code.
  • The value of this unique code stated herein is in Malaysia Ringgit.
  • The eGift Card can be redeemed at Framelab.com.my online store only.
  • Not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.

How to redeem?

  • Choose the products with a value equal to or more.
  • Add products to cart and checkout.
  • Select payment method.
  • At the “Apply Coupon”, type in the Unique Code that you received to your email.
  • The Total amount will be deducted upon typing the correct Unique Code.
  • Proceed to payment.
  • Order invoices will be sent through the customer’s email address.
  • We will print, frame and deliver to your doorstep.
